01 — Free written audit
You send a URL and describe the problem. We investigate and send back a written findings document: what is wrong, why, and what fixing it involves. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
02 — Fixed price
One number in USD, agreed before anything starts. Scope in writing. If we discover the job is bigger than the audit suggested, we tell you and you decide — we do not invoice surprises.
03 — Work, tested and handed over
Changes staged and tested before they touch production. You get before-and-after numbers, a note of what changed, and documentation your next developer can follow.

Before you get in touch
Is the audit really free, with no obligation?
Yes. You get a written findings document covering what is wrong and what it would take to fix. It is yours regardless of whether you hire us — several clients have taken our audit to their existing developer, which is fine.
How do you handle the time zone difference?
We work hours that overlap US Eastern mornings, UK afternoons and Australian mornings. You get a same-business-day reply on weekdays, and for urgent malware work we start immediately rather than waiting for a shared window.
What if the job turns out bigger than quoted?
We tell you before doing the extra work and you decide whether to proceed. The quoted price does not change without your written agreement. If we misjudged the scope, that is our estimation error to absorb, not a surprise invoice for you.
Do you work with agencies on a white-label basis?
Yes, that is a large part of what we do. You keep the client relationship and we stay invisible — no branding in the code, no direct contact with your client unless you ask for it. See hire a dedicated developer.
Which page builders will you work with?
We maintain sites built with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Beaver Builder, Bricks and the block editor. For new builds we recommend native block themes, because they load faster and do not tie you to a licence. If you want to stay on your builder, we will work with it.
