Tell us what the site is doing. We will tell you why.
Every enquiry here gets the same thing: a free written audit of what is actually wrong with your WordPress site, one fixed price in US dollars, and an honest answer when the work is not worth doing. There is no sales call and no follow-up sequence.
Request a free audit
Put your site address in the subject line. The more you write in the message — your host, the page builder, what changed and roughly when the trouble started — the more specific the audit comes back.
What you send is used to write the audit and reply to you, and for nothing else. You are not added to a mailing list, and your details are not passed to anyone.

What comes back
A document, not a meeting
- Every problem we found, sorted by what it actually costs you
- What we would do about each one, itemised
- The warnings you can safely ignore, and why
- One fixed price in USD, agreed before any work begins
- An honest answer when the work is not worth doing
Usually back within two business days. It is yours to keep — including handing it to another developer and having them do the work.
Direct routes
Or skip the form entirely
The form lands in the same inbox as everything below, and it is read by the person who would do the work rather than by an account manager. Use whichever route is easiest.

The fastest route, and the one most clients use. A URL and one line about what is going wrong is enough to get an audit started.

Phone
Monday to Friday. We are on India Standard Time, UTC+5:30 — worth checking against your own clock before you dial, since the audit does not need a call anyway.

Office
First floor, Plot number 130, Star Enclave, Rajpura, Punjab 140401
Stated openly rather than hidden behind a Western postbox address. Almost all work is done remotely, so nobody needs to visit.
Recent work also goes up on Instagram. It is not a support channel — anything that needs an answer should come by email or through the form.
The whole process
What happens after you hit send
The most common reason a free audit goes unclaimed is the assumption that it is the opening move of a sales sequence. It is not, so here is the entire path from your message to a fixed price, including the step where nothing further happens.

Two business days is the normal turnaround, not a target we quote and miss. It is that long because the audit is written by hand — somebody opens your site, runs the checks, reads the theme and works out which of the findings actually matter for your business. An automated report generator would take four seconds and tell you to compress your images.
If we cannot help, the reply says so on the first day rather than on the third. That happens most often when the site is not WordPress, when the problem turns out to be a hosting contract rather than code, or when the fix is a free plugin and a ten-minute change you can make yourself. We will tell you which plugin.
Before you send
Questions people ask first
Is the audit really free, or is it free until you find something?
Free, with nothing attached. There is no card, no deposit and no minimum engagement, and the document is yours whatever you decide to do with it. Roughly one audit in five ends with us saying the work is not worth paying for, and those still get written and sent. It is a deliberate cost of doing business: an honest audit is the cheapest way to show how we work, and it filters out the projects that would have gone badly for both sides.
Will somebody try to get me on a call?
No. The audit arrives as a written document, and if you never reply, nothing else happens — no sequence, no check-in, no second email a fortnight later. If you want a call once you have read it, say so and we will arrange one, but it is not a step in the process and nothing is held back for it.
My site is down or has been hacked right now. Is this the right place?
Yes, and put the word urgent in the subject line so it is picked out of the queue. A site that is down, defaced or blacklisted is triaged the same day rather than waiting for the normal two-day turnaround. Send the URL, your host, and anything your host or Google has already told you. Malware removal starts at $199.
What time zone are you in, and when will anyone actually be awake?
India Standard Time, UTC+5:30. Desk hours are arranged to overlap UK, US Eastern and Australian business days rather than to suit a single one of them — the about page sets out exactly which hours are shared with which city. In practice a message sent during your working day is answered during it, which is the part that matters.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, and we will sign yours rather than ask you to sign ours. Send it with your first message if the project needs one in place before you can describe the problem properly. Roughly a third of our work is white label, so client confidentiality is the normal arrangement here rather than an exception — no client name appears anywhere without permission.
How do you charge, and in what currency?
US dollars, at a fixed price agreed in the audit before any work starts, not an hourly estimate that grows. Every service has a published starting price — the full table is on the pricing page — and the audit turns the relevant one into a real number for your site. Monthly services are billed monthly and can be stopped at the end of any month.
I am an agency, not a site owner. Do you work white label?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. You keep the client relationship, we stay invisible, and we do not approach your clients during or after the engagement. It usually runs as a monthly dedicated developer working inside your own repository and project tools, at no premium for the arrangement. Say so in your first message and the audit is written so you can forward it as your own.
What happens to what I send you?
It is used to write the audit and to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not passed to a third party. If you ask us to delete the thread and anything you sent with it, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Is the site down right now?
A site that is offline, defaced or flagged by Google does not wait for the two-day audit. Mail us with urgent in the subject line, or call, and it is triaged the same working day.
