Every number, on one page

Pricing

Eight services, eight published starting prices, in USD. Every one is a floor rather than an estimate — the free written audit turns it into a single fixed number before any work begins, and that number does not move afterwards.

Chart of every Unique Smartweb starting price in USD: malware removal $199, migration $299, speed optimization $349, Figma to WordPress $450, WordPress development $900, WooCommerce development $1,200, plus maintenance from $299 per month and a dedicated developer from $2,400 per month

Project work and monthly work are shown separately on purpose. They are different units, and putting them on one scale would invite a comparison that does not mean anything.

One-off projects

Work with a finish line

Quoted once, paid once, done. The third column on each row is the honest part — what actually pushes a job above its floor, so you can guess your own number before you ask us for it.

$199starting price

WordPress Malware Removal

Infected files and database rows cleaned, the entry point found and closed, blacklist review requests submitted, and the install hardened so the same route cannot be used twice.

What moves it: how long the infection sat there, whether backups exist, and whether the host has already suspended the account.

$299starting price

WordPress Migration

New host, new domain, HTTP to HTTPS, or off Wix and Squarespace. Built and tested on the new server before DNS moves, with the old host kept live for forty-eight hours as the way back.

What moves it: whether URLs change. A same-domain host move sits at the floor; a domain change or a platform rebuild makes the redirect map the bulk of the work.

$349starting price

WordPress Speed Optimization

Core Web Vitals brought into the green by profiling the actual bottleneck — server response, database queries, images, render-blocking assets, caching, fonts — rather than installing another cache plugin.

What moves it: stores and membership sites, because logged-in pages cannot be cached and have to be made genuinely fast rather than served from a cache.

$450starting price

Figma to WordPress

Your design built as a native block theme — frames into templates, colour and text styles into theme.json, components into patterns — with no page-builder licence to renew.

What moves it: the number of genuinely different layouts, not the page count, and whether the file has named styles or values typed in by hand.

$900starting price

WordPress Development

Custom themes, child themes, plugins, blocks and patterns, and third-party API integrations — written to the WordPress coding standards, with the code handed over outright.

What moves it: how much of the requirement is genuinely specific to you. Most builds land between $900 and $5,000; larger ones are staged so you can stop between.

$1,200starting price

WooCommerce Development

Checkout flows, payment gateways, shipping and tax logic, product data and variations, performance at catalogue scale, and two-way integrations with ERP, CRM and inventory systems.

What moves it: integrations, mostly. A checkout change is contained work; anything that has to stay in sync with a system you do not control is not.

Monthly

Work with no finish line

Billed monthly, month to month, with thirty days’ notice either way. No minimum term on either of these, and no setup or recruitment fee.

$299per month

WordPress Maintenance & Care

Updates tested on a staging copy first, daily off-server backups restore-tested every month, uptime checked every sixty seconds, security scanning, and a written monthly report including what we chose not to apply.

What moves it: how much the site does, not how big it is. A store with payment and shipping integrations needs more watching than a fifteen-page site.

$2,400per month

Hire a Dedicated WordPress Developer

One named developer for a full month, working inside your own tools and repository, with at least four hours of daily overlap against your working day and a briefed second developer for cover.

What moves it: seniority and how specialised the work is. Half-time is proportionally less; white-label working for agencies is included at no extra charge.

Example fixed-price quote for WordPress speed optimization: $349 starting price plus $120 for the WooCommerce checkout path and $51 for profiling three legacy plugins, giving one fixed price of $520 agreed before any work begins

How a floor becomes a number

You get the price before you commit

Send a URL and describe the problem. Within two business days you get a written audit: what is actually wrong, what we would do about it, what is out of scope, and one fixed price in USD.

The audit is free and yours to keep whether or not you hire us — including when it says the honest answer is a plugin you can install yourself, or another firm entirely. There is no sales call at any point.

Once agreed, the number is fixed. If the work turns out larger than we judged, that is our estimating error and our cost to absorb. The only thing that changes a fixed price is you changing what you asked for, and then you get a new number in writing before anybody continues.

In every price

What you never pay extra for

These are not a tier. They apply to a $199 malware clean and a $20,000 build in exactly the same way.

  • The written audit itself. Free, delivered in two business days, and yours to keep and act on however you like.
  • Being told not to buy. If a free plugin or your existing host already solves it, that is the answer you get, and we do not invoice for finding out.
  • Staging. Work happens on a copy. Your live site is never the experiment, on any job at any price.
  • A backup before we touch anything. Held off your host and handed to you regardless of how the job ends.
  • Thirty days of support afterwards. If something we did breaks, we fix it. No charge and no argument about whose fault it was.
  • Everything in your own accounts. Your hosting, your domain, your repository. Nothing to extract from us if you leave.
  • Plain-language documentation. What was done and why, written for whoever maintains the site next.
  • No retainer required. One-off work stays one-off. We will not make a fix conditional on a monthly plan.

Where the floors do not apply

What these prices will not buy

A published floor is only useful if it is honest about its own edges. These are the jobs where the number on this page is the wrong number, and we would rather you knew now than after an invoice.

  • Anything outside WordPress — Laravel, Node, bespoke platforms, headless React front ends
  • Emergency work you need finished tonight. We schedule properly; a rush is quoted separately or declined
  • Sites running nulled or cracked plugins and themes, at any price
  • Hosting that blocks SSH, SFTP or database access, where we cannot do the work properly
  • Guaranteed search rankings, or any promise about a number Google controls
  • Work priced only against a cheaper quote. If price is the whole brief, take the other quote

Common questions

Pricing, answered

Are these prices fixed, or just a starting point?

Both, in sequence. The number on this page is a floor — the least a job of that type costs. The free written audit turns it into one fixed price for your actual site, and from that point it is genuinely fixed. If the work turns out larger than we judged, that is our estimating error to absorb, not a variation to invoice.

Why publish prices at all when most agencies do not?

Because the alternative wastes your time and ours. If $349 is far below what you expected or far above what you can spend, you know that in four seconds rather than after two meetings. Hidden pricing exists to keep the number flexible until the seller has learned what you can afford, and we would rather not run that way.

How do you charge — hourly or fixed?

Fixed for project work, monthly for the two ongoing services. We do not sell hours for one-off jobs. An hourly rate makes our slowness your problem and gives you no way to budget, and it quietly rewards the wrong things. The two monthly services are priced by capacity rather than by hour as well.

What are the payment terms?

For project work, half on agreeing the scope and half on completion, invoiced in USD. Larger builds are split into stages you can stop between, each with its own half-and-half split. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month. We take bank transfer and card; the invoice carries the details.

Do you offer discounts for several services at once?

Where the work genuinely overlaps, yes, and it shows up as a lower fixed price rather than a headline discount. Moving a site and taking it to HTTPS at the same time is cheaper than doing them separately because much of the work is shared. Bundling things that do not overlap saves nothing real, so we do not pretend otherwise.

Is the audit really free, with no obligation?

Yes. No card, no call, no follow-up sequence. You get a written document explaining what we found and what we would do, and you are free to hand it to another developer and have them do the work. That happens, and it is a reasonable outcome — a document good enough to be useful to somebody else is the point.

Why are your prices lower than a UK or US agency?

Because we are in Rajpura, Punjab, and our costs are lower — not because the work is lighter or the developer is junior. We say this openly rather than hiding behind a Western postbox address. What you should test is the work: read the service pages, ask for the free audit, and judge whether the document that comes back is worth having.

What if my job does not fit any of these eight?

Describe it anyway. Plenty of WordPress work sits between these categories, and the audit is the same either way — you get a written scope and a fixed price for whatever the job actually is. If it turns out to be work we should not take, the audit says that instead, and it is still free.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Almost all of our work is for clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the EU, including white-label work for agencies in those markets. We keep hours that overlap US Eastern, UK and Australian business days. Every price on this page is in USD and every invoice is issued in USD.

Find out what your number is.

Send a URL and describe the problem. You get a written audit back within two business days with one fixed price — and an honest answer if the work is not worth doing. No sales call, no obligation.
